Who operates this website

The Biotech Catalyst Report is a publication of Darrow Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

What we do

Darrow Group LLC produces investor-awareness advertising for small and micro-capitalisation public companies. A company, or a party acting on its behalf, engages us to prepare and distribute material about its business. We are paid for that work. The company being profiled does not control the whole of what we publish, but the relationship is commercial, and we disclose it on every page.

Material facts in our publications are drawn from public sources — company press releases, filings made with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and peer-reviewed literature where relevant — and are cited so a reader can check them. Market sizes and forward-looking plans stated by a company are labelled as that company's own figures. Information is accurate as of the date stated and we have no obligation to update it.

• Paid-advertisement status is disclosed above the fold on every profile page, and again in the footer.
• Compensation amount, payer and campaign dates are disclosed under Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933.
• Risk disclosures appear on the page itself, not only in the footer.
