This policy explains what The Biotech Catalyst Report — a publication of Darrow Group LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) — collects when you visit biotechcatalystreport.com (the “Services”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

1. What we collect

Information you give us

If you submit a form on this website, we collect the email address you enter, and any other field you complete. Submitting a form is voluntary. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically receive technical information when you visit: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type and version, operating system and device type, referring page, the pages you view, the time and duration of your visit, and how far you scroll.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies to measure traffic and to support advertising. Specifically, this website uses:

• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 — traffic measurement and attribution.
• Meta (Facebook) pixels — advertising measurement and audience building. More than one pixel may be present, including pixels belonging to other publications operated by or affiliated with us.
• Taboola — advertising measurement, where a campaign uses that network.

These providers may set their own cookies and may combine what they collect here with data they hold from other websites. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; parts of the website may then not work as intended. The Services do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

We do not use your information to give you personalised investment advice, because we do not provide investment advice at all.

3. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who operate the website and our email and analytics tools on our behalf, under contract and only for those purposes — including our hosting and form provider, our email provider, and the analytics and advertising providers named above.
• The company profiled — we may share a list of subscriber email addresses collected through a campaign with the company that paid for that campaign, or with a party acting on its behalf. If you would rather we did not, do not submit the form, or contact us and we will remove you.
• Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena or regulator, or to protect our rights.
• A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

4. Your choices and rights

• Email. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, which takes effect immediately.
• Access, correction and deletion. Write to contact@biotechcatalystreport.com and we will action a verified request within the period the applicable law allows.
• Advertising. You can opt out of interest-based advertising at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org, and adjust Google's ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

5. Data security

We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and the website is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Rights for California residents

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, request deletion or correction, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising pixels may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising as California defines it; you may opt out by emailing us or by using the browser and network opt-outs above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

7. Rights for residents of the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our lawful bases are your consent (email updates and non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (operating and securing the website, measuring our advertising), and legal obligation. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, you may withdraw consent at any time, and you may complain to your national supervisory authority. Our servers are in the United States, so using the Services involves transferring your information there.

8. Rights for Canadian residents

Under PIPEDA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask that it be corrected. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it, subject to legal and contractual limits.

9. Children

The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

10. External links

This website links to third-party sites, including company investor-relations pages, SEC EDGAR and market-data providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. United States jurisdiction

The Services are operated from the United States and are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
